Return/Exchange/Cancellation Policy

Product Orders

  • We do not accept exchanges or returns, but we do strive to provide great service and are willing to work through any issues that may arise (see below).
  • If you want to cancel or change your order please use the contact form below to let us know within 2 hours of placing your order. While we cannot guarantee any changes to be made to the order once it has been placed, we will try our best to accommodate. If we were not able to change or cancel the order, upon its arrival, please write “Return to Sender” on the unopened package and dispatch it to the appropriate mail carrier. Once we receive the package back in our facility, we will issue a full product refund, minus the shipping charges we incurred.

Damaged, defective or incorrect product(s) Policy

  • Damaged, defective or incorrect product(s) must be reported to us within 3 days of receipt.
  • Please use the contact form below to contact us with all the pertinent information, including the order number and a detailed description of the problem. We will then contact you and ask you for a picture of the damaged, defective or incorrect item(s) received.
  • Product(s) will be replaced with an identical product(s), subject to availability, free of charge, or the price of the item(s) will be refunded, whichever is preferred.
